Cherry Hill's Community Quarterback

Honoring our Legacy, Building our Future

About Cherry Hill Strong

Cherry Hill Strong is a place-based nonprofit serving as the Community Quarterback for South Baltimore's historically Black Cherry Hill neighborhood. Founded in 2021, the organization coordinates residents, neighborhood leaders, partners, and public and private funders to advance a holistic, resident-centered vision for neighborhood transformation.

As a Purpose Built Communities® network member, the nonprofit is anchored across four interconnected pillars of cradle-to-career education pathways, high-quality affordable housing, economic vitality, and community wellness. The organization unites people and resources to continue building on Cherry Hill's rich legacy.
